In this unarmed patrol role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a caring, innovative team.

Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a dynamic technology and media location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor management, package handling, and other security-related support functions aligned with site policies.
• Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced corporate environment.
