About The Position

This role keeps the Bridgewater front office running smoothly and professionally. It delivers a full range of office-operations support for on-site teams (HR, Facilities, and other corporate functions), ensuring an organized, welcoming environment and consistent execution of daily routines, events, and site communications. Serve as the primary point of contact for all front-office security matters, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors have access to the premises.Manage the front desk and oversee visitor management: verify credentials, issue badges, and enforce sign-in/sign-out protocols.Conduct regular safety checks of entry points, emergency equipment, and public areas; promptly report and escalate any security concerns.Partner with Facilities, Building Management, and HR to implement and communicate emergency procedures, evacuation drills, and compliance postings.Act as a liaison with external security vendors and local authorities as needed, maintaining a visible and approachable presence at the front desk.Support incident response by documenting and escalating any unusual activity or safety incidents.Monitor and replenish coffee stations, pantry items, meeting-rooms supplies, printer paper, and stationery; keep common areas organized and stocked.Maintain supply inventory; create/track orders with Procurement and reconcile inventory. Partner with vendors for small facilities tasks and office services; consolidate invoices and provide backup as needed.Support HR and leadership with employee engagement activities, leadership events, and site-wide initiatives; coordinate communications and logistics to ensure smooth execution.Update and maintain office notice boards/communication corners and handle mail and packages as and when required.Assist with posting compliance notices in designated office locations per guidance (e.g., LCAs) and document retention updates.Support with events and activities, and help HR, Executive Assistant, and other staff with organizing.

Requirements

  • Currently possess a NJ Security Officer Registration Act (SORA II) License
  • Currently possess a NJ Permit to Carry a Handgun License
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3-4 years of Professional Security Experience
  • Ability to comprehend and utilize the English language, written and verbal
  • Reliable transportation
  • Available to work Flexible shift schedule, weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or ~2 years of related front-office/administrative experience (or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting site security and administrative operations and or event coordination is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and on-time delivery; high energy with strong interpersonal and customer-service orientation.
  • Demonstrated discretion handling confidential information; able to work both independently and as part of a team; self-starter with disciplined work ethic.
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High degree of proficiency with Word, Outlook (calendar management), PowerPoint; familiarity with Excel/SharePoint and MS Teams; SAP exposure preferred.

Benefits

  • The anticipated annual base salary range for this position in New Jersey is $52,000 to $58,000.
