As a Security Guard Mobile Patrol Driver in Maple Grove, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. You will deliver exceptional customer service and communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that acts with integrity.

Requirements

  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
  • Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance-related concerns to appropriate personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
