As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in the job state and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and vehicle traffic, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
  • Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
