About The Position

As a Security Guard Full Time Badge Administration in Sanford, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Monitor and control access to the residential community by verifying resident, guest, contractor, and delivery authorization in accordance with established procedures.
Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and vehicle entry records and communicate access-related information to appropriate site contacts.
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access-control issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols of community entrances, common areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
