About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Access Control Driver in Lithia Springs, Georgia. The position provides a designated site and weekly anchor shift for consistent hours, with a six-month commitment to the assigned schedule. Employees may claim additional shifts through the scheduling platform, allowing hours to vary and potentially increase up to 40 hours per week, with the option to scale back. The listed pay rate is $19.00 per hour. The schedule is Tuesday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

The role involves carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies, providing customer service, responding to incidents, and conducting patrols. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required before employment, depending on state or local laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
