As a Security Guard Commercial Property Patrol in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Requirements

• 2+ years of security-related experience are required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions in accordance with site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and communicate with property management and/or emergency personnel regarding security-related matters.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by observing site activity, assisting with directional inquiries, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or access control issues to the appropriate contacts.
