As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license and Act 235 qualification. Requirements

A minimum of 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience is required.
Be at least 21+ years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Act 235 qualification is required in Pennsylvania only.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Maintain a professional armed presence in and around a financial services location, helping to deter unauthorized activity while following all post orders and use of force guidelines.
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site leadership and public emergency services as needed.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of lobbies, office areas, cash handling zones, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Complete required reports and logs, document observations and incidents, and communicate status updates to supervision and/or the client in a timely manner.
