About The Position

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, visitor activity, and/or authorized credentials to help support security-related operations and controlled access throughout the location.
  • Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including checkpoints related to receiving, shipping, and/or employee entry areas, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
