About The Position

Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Full Time Security GSOC Operator for a Pharma Company in Lexington MA. Sunday 7 AM - 3 PM AND Monday - Thursday 11 PM - 7 AM. Starting Pay is $26.50 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training. As a Security Officer in Lexington, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Professional supporting a healthcare location. You will coordinate responses to alarms and access-control activity, communicate with staff and visitors, document incidents, and help maintain orderly operations. Your customer service skills and attention to detail will support a welcoming environment while contributing to a reliable, innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Requirements

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
  • Monitor incoming calls, alarms, and electronic communications; dispatch appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders according to established protocols.
  • Receive, document, prioritize, and communicate incident information in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift activity records; promptly relay relevant information to site leadership and appropriate personnel.
  • Monitor access control and surveillance systems, report irregularities, and support coordinated responses to security-related and medical emergency situations.
