About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring an unarmed Surveillance Security Flex Officer in Memphis, Tennessee. The officer monitors security systems and video feeds, identifies potential threats, and helps protect people and property in settings such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses. This role requires availability for first, second, and third shifts: 6 a.m.–2 p.m., 2 p.m.–10 p.m., and 10 p.m.–6 a.m. A Tennessee security license and valid driver’s license are required; applicants must be at least 21 years old. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a Tennessee security license.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old.
• Be available for all shifts: first shift (6 a.m.–2 p.m.), second shift (2 p.m.–10 p.m.), and third shift (10 p.m.–6 a.m.).

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents by writing detailed reports.
