About The Position

The Flex Security Officer (Unarmed) provides protective services, customer assistance, and incident response to support site operations and client needs. The role helps maintain a safe and secure environment and serves as a visible deterrent to illegal activity. Officers work across assignments and environments that may be fast-paced and stressful or quiet and slow-paced, and must remain alert and perform under pressure. Work hours vary based on assignments, client schedules, project deadlines, and business needs; workweeks may exceed 40 hours and include any day of the week.

A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required after a conditional offer. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to obtain and maintain applicable licenses or certifications, and meet the physical and vision requirements of the role. A valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tarian driving guidelines are required for applicable driving roles. Previous employment may be verified for applicable roles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications.
• Strong vision abilities, including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift and move or lift objects up to 80 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tarian driving guidelines for applicable driving roles.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for variable amounts of time; use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; and occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move objects weighing 25 pounds or more.
• Ability to remain alert and perform under pressure.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen upon receiving a conditional offer.
