About The Position

As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. You will provide customer service while carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to incidents and critical situations. Duties include regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Submit to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Have a valid driver's license if applying for a driving position.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
