About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Security Flex Officer for a Corporate Site. This role requires adaptability to varying missions, from customer service and patrols to surveillance. The officer must be able to adapt with agility and precision to different daily tasks and special events.

Requirements

• State security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• At least nine months to one year of corporate security experience
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have active driver's license
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
