About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking a Mid-Level Security & Fire Protection Multi Operations Specialist to join the Security Technology, Assessments, & Risk Compliance (STARC) team in Seattle, WA. This role involves managing invoicing for enterprise contracted security service providers, administering physical access for contracted personnel, and coordinating daily operations between Security Technology and service providers. The specialist will also oversee procurement and logistics, including the procurement and shipping of equipment and supplies, and travel coordination for the Security Technology team. Additionally, the role provides support for Security Technology business integration, budget, and general office functions.

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement and supply chain processes
  • Experience creating and facilitating business process workflows
  • Experience with organizational and team building skills performed in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
  • Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
