About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate security operations in the field. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage security personnel effectively to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their assets. The territory is vast and covers a large portion of Illinois as well as Iowa.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Security Field Supervisor or similar role for a minimum of one year
• Strong knowledge of security operations, protocols, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
• Valid security certification or license as required by local regulations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Valid State Driver's License
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Criminal Background Check
• Motor Vehicle
• Drug Screen

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel in the field.
• Conduct regular inspections and patrols to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, personnel performance, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with management and clients to address security concerns and improve procedures.
• Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and other relevant data.
