About The Position

Titan Security is seeking a Third Shift Field Supervisor to oversee overnight security operations in Weston/Wausau, WI. This role is crucial for ensuring client satisfaction, operational excellence, and consistent service delivery across assigned accounts. As the primary leader for overnight field operations, you will need strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Field Supervisor is responsible for ensuring security officers perform their duties in compliance with company policies, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include maintaining accountability for staffing, performance, and operational readiness, as well as proactively addressing staffing challenges to prevent service interruptions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Active Wisconsin Private Security Person License required and must remain current.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to successfully complete required background checks and screening requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous security, law enforcement, military, or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership ability with experience managing personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee overnight security operations and provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and support to security personnel.
  • Conduct scheduled and random site inspections, patrols, and operational reviews.
  • Ensure all posts are properly staffed, covered, and operating according to post orders.
  • Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and deployment plans to prevent coverage gaps.
  • Address call-offs, staffing shortages, and operational issues by coordinating coverage and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns professionally and effectively.
  • Verify officer attendance, performance, patrol completion, and required reporting.
  • Complete and review incident reports, activity logs, staffing documentation, and operational records.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when necessary.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and development of security personnel.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, management, dispatch, and field teams.
  • Utilize scheduling systems, reporting platforms, and security technology accurately.
  • Serve as a visible leadership presence and resource for overnight security teams.
