About The Position

Field Supervisors are responsible for supervising quality physical security and Security Officer performance at client sites.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor.
• Ability to type and use Excel and Word programs.
• Familiarity with WinTeam.
• Clean driving record and active driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with clients to brief them on any updates.
• Manage a large team at multiple client locations.
• Manage within a budget.
• Write, review, and provide corrective measures (feedback to daily activity log and incident reports).
• Manage multiple schedules.
