About The Position

Adobe Security is seeking an intern to join its Vulnerability Operation Center (VOC), a vulnerability management program supporting risk reduction across Adobe’s product ecosystem. The intern will analyze and triage identified vulnerabilities affecting Adobe products and online services, assess risk to help teams prioritize remediation, and work with developers and other partners to move security issues toward resolution.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May and September.
• Thorough knowledge of application security vulnerabilities, including the OWASP Top 10, and mitigation techniques.
• Strong understanding of common security concepts used for root-cause analysis and data-driven decisions about vulnerability patterns and trends.
• Program management skills to work toward goals, deliver key results, and report status updates to a manager.
• Dependability, including meeting commitments, working independently, accepting accountability, handling change, setting personal standards, and staying focused under pressure.
• Ability to communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Validate security vulnerabilities identified through manual and automated testing and assess their severity.
• Engage continuously with engineering teams to drive security issues to resolution.
• Facilitate a positive experience for internal and external partners interacting with the VOC, including engineering, public relations, customers, and legal teams.
• Investigate systemic vulnerability trends to improve product risk posture and reduce preventable vulnerabilities.
• Identify security gaps and collaborate with product teams on opportunities to improve hardening.
