About The Position

Anduril is seeking a self-motivated and creative Security Education Training & Awareness (SETA) Manager to own and elevate our security education program. You will leverage your expertise in US government security policies (Industrial & Special Programs) to design, update, and deliver engaging training materials both in-person and digitally. Operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will build trust across all levels of the company to foster a strong, proactive security culture. Requirements

  • Holding a Bachelor’s degree and possessing the proven ability to motivate and guide a workforce through a dynamic organizational culture shift.
  • Self-driven, go-getter, ambitious mentality, willing to think outside the box, find gaps, and fix them.
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and prioritize workload based on urgency.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of instructional systems design, a proven ability to deliver high-impact briefings, and a thorough understanding of the educational methodologies and compliance procedures necessary to design effective training.
  • Creativity and professionalism; be able to create training that is easy for all personnel to understand, complies with government policy, and incorporates Anduril processes and procedures.
  • Gives people what they need to know to do their jobs.
  • Experience with DoD 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoDM 5205.07 and applicable Intelligence Community Standards (ICS).
  • Ability to communicate and interact professionally and courteously both orally and in writing with all levels of employees and customers
  • Must hold a current U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale Anduril’s SETA program, designing innovative training methods across multiple channels (in-person, Slack, Confluence, email).
  • Partner with Anduril Program Leadership to develop an internal training initiative to bridge the gap between security and Anduril classified programs, fostering early engagement to secure the necessary classified space and cleared staffing ahead of schedule.
  • Partner with FSOs, CSSOs, Program Managers, and the PERSEC team to update annual refresher courses and assign program-specific training.
  • Conduct engaging onboarding briefings, debriefings, and compliance training that go beyond "reading slides" to ensure true comprehension.
  • Maintain tracking metrics, update internal databases, and provide detailed security status reports to security leadership.
  • Develop and manage an on-site Security Speaker Series by establishing partnerships with federal, state, and local law enforcement and government agencies-including FBI, local police departments, Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and other government partners-to deliver presentations on key security topics.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners to enhance employee awareness and strengthen Anduril’s security culture.
  • Lead enterprise-wide security awareness campaigns, workshops, tabletops discussions, and special events that promote a proactive security mindset and reinforce Anduril’s commitment to protecting classified information, technology, facilities, and personnel.
