About The Position

Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) and Planned Parenthood Action Fund seek a Manager, Technology & Cyber Awareness, Training and Enablement to support enterprise technology adoption, cybersecurity awareness, workforce readiness, learning operations, knowledge management, and responsible AI enablement initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Tech & Cyber Awareness, Training and Enablement, this role serves as a key operational partner supporting the successful delivery of technology, cybersecurity, and AI adoption programs across the National Office. The Manager, Technology & Cyber Awareness, Training and Enablement is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational execution of PPFA's enterprise technology enablement programs, including technology adoption, cybersecurity awareness, workforce readiness, learning operations, knowledge management, communications, and responsible AI enablement initiatives. This role serves as the operational lead for multiple enablement workstreams and is responsible for coordinating activities across stakeholders, managing recurring program functions, maintaining critical learning and knowledge resources, and ensuring the consistent delivery of awareness, training, communications, and adoption services that support organizational readiness and successful technology adoption. The Manager establishes and maintains operational processes, coordinates priorities across multiple initiatives, identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, and helps ensure technology, cybersecurity, and responsible AI programs are delivered effectively, consistently, and at scale. Working closely with the Director, Tech & Cyber Awareness, Training and Enablement, the Manager helps translate strategic priorities into operational plans, manages day-to-day program execution, and supports the successful adoption of enterprise technologies across the National Office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, Communications, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technology and cybersecurity enablement, learning operations, workforce readiness, communications, knowledge management, organizational change management, training, or related functions.
  • Experience managing operational workstreams, coordinating priorities, and driving execution across multiple initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional activities involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and recurring deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible, and actionable content.
  • Experience administering learning programs and learning management systems, including content management, reporting, learner communications, and program operations.
  • Experience managing intranet content, knowledge repositories, resource libraries, and self-service information resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish operational processes, maintain governance standards, and improve program effectiveness.
  • Experience supporting workforce adoption of technology, cybersecurity awareness programs, responsible AI education initiatives, or organizational change efforts.
  • Ability to analyze participation, engagement, and adoption metrics and use insights to recommend improvements.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and coordinating work across teams without direct authority
  • Familiarity with organizational change management, technology adoption methodologies, employee engagement strategies, or workforce enablement programs.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, including generative AI tools and AI-enabled workplace technologies.
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to creating positive employee experiences.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive information appropriately.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Learning & Workforce Enablement through the delivery and administration of technology, cybersecurity, and responsible AI learning programs.
  • Advancing Responsible AI & Cybersecurity Awareness by managing awareness, education, workforce engagement, and supporting responsible AI and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Managing Knowledge & Digital Resources by maintaining technology, cybersecurity, and AI content across intranet sites, knowledge resources, and self-service documentation.
  • Driving Communications & Change Management by planning and executing communications that support technology, cybersecurity, AI, and enterprise change initiatives.
  • Supporting Onboarding & Employee Readiness by coordinating technology and cybersecurity onboarding resources, orientation, and workforce readiness.
  • Managing Program Operations by coordinating planning, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across technology enablement programs.
  • Supporting TSS Team Operations through internal communications, team engagement, and knowledge sharing.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
