About The Position

As the Cyber Technology Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for translating business and functional requirements into technical solutions that advance enterprise cybersecurity and IT objectives. This role oversees the development and management of site design packages, coordinates with configuration management processes, and ensures alignment with organizational goals and quality standards. The manager develops cybersecurity use cases, documents quality standards, and identifies opportunities for process improvement by leveraging information technologies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading teams in cybersecurity or portfolio management
  • Experience with program management and managing projects
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, portfolio management, and network design
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail in operational planning, requirements analysis, and quality assurance
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Security, or Cybersecurity
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Lead Cybersecurity Manager (CLCM), or ISO or IEC 27032 Lead Cybersecurity Manager Certification

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess enterprise cybersecurity and IT goals, providing strategic recommendations to advance the organizational mission and enhance security posture.
  • Define and document functional requirements and technical specifications for site design packages, applying attention to detail and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and management of site design packages, coordinating with configuration management processes to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain cybersecurity use cases, leveraging operational planning and requirements analysis to support mission-driven outcomes.
  • Establish, document, and enforce quality standards for cybersecurity solutions, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for new and improved business process solutions, applying information technologies to enhance client value and mission impact.
  • Create and maintain system security concept of operations (ConOps) documents and baseline system security requirements, ensuring compliance with organizational and client standards.
