About The Position

This role is responsible for coordinating emergency responses by triaging incoming calls and alarms to ensure security teams are dispatched rapidly to where they are needed most. The Security Dispatcher will protect the hospital environment through active surveillance of campus facilities, identifying and mitigating potential risks before they escalate. This role also drives team communication by serving as the central link between staff and leadership, ensuring critical information flows seamlessly during high-pressure situations. Additionally, the Security Dispatcher will maintain precise digital records of all security events and surveillance footage to support incident resolution and ensure a high standard of hospital safety.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
A minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in a security, military, or law enforcement role, preferably within a healthcare or high-traffic service environment.
