About The Position
Ready to suit up as a Dispatch Security Guard. If you are looking for a job where you have significant responsibility, this is the one for you. As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in communication between agents, customers and account Manager! We’re growing our ranks in Scarborough! With our wide variety of contracts, we have a position that will accommodate your needs and help you reach your goals.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid WSIB approved First Aid and CPR certificate
- Be eligible to work in Canada
- Must be available to work overnight shifts
- Must have previous dispatch experience working in security
Responsibilities
- Watch for and report irregularities, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards and emergency situations; contact emergency responders, such as police, fire and/or ambulance personnel, and escalate to leadership as outlined in standard operating procedures
- Provide overall security, through vital camera patrols, observation and reporting
- Confirm security compliance and integrity
- Accurately report on key security measurements through detailed report and record keeping
- Consistent communication and coordination with operations and client teams
- Respond in a timely manner to internal and external requests
- Audit and ensure all cameras are working
