Responsible for receiving emergency and non-emergency calls, keeping records, addressing problems, and dispatching appropriate team members while maintaining professional and precise communication, as well as exhibiting excellent judgement, teamwork, compassion, and the ability to process multiple assignments at the same time. Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• State of Tennessee (Private Protective Services) Unarmed Security License within six months of hire
• Valid Tennessee Driver's License
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to problem-solve and/or utilize resources available for troubleshooting in different situations
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances

Nice To Haves

• Previous dispatch experience preferred
