About The Position

This position is for a Security Cooperation Training Analyst with an active Secret clearance, working for a national security services firm. Requirements

Active Secret clearance
3 years of Air Force MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer experience
3 years of experience in military training to include requirements analysis, planning, and resource programming
Knowledge of USAF Readiness Training and/or USAF Security Cooperation training

Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise for AF-wide Security Cooperation (SC) programs for courseware development, supporting USAF readiness and future operations training.
Evaluate and make recommendations on how to improve SC education and training curriculum based on changing and/or emerging strategies and strategic-level guidance.
Provide matter expertise for courseware development for Foreign Area Officer (FAO) education and training updates to include analyzing, developing, and tracking programming plans and milestones.
Serve as a Technical Task Lead or Manager in multiple project tasks, applying a wide spectrum of disciplines for the planning, analysis, design, implementation, and support of assigned tasks.
Develop analytical and computational techniques and methodology for problem solutions.
Perform enterprise-wide strategic systems planning, business information planning, business, and analysis.
Perform process and data modeling in support of the planning and analysis efforts using both manual and automated tools.
Apply reverse engineering and re-engineering disciplines to develop migration strategic and planning documents.
May perform a quality assurance role.
Identify all task responsibilities and report any changes or suggestions accordingly to Project/Program Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
