About The Position

As a Security Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact and a key presence in creating a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for residents, visitors, and contractors. This dynamic role blends customer service with security, requiring you to proactively patrol the premises, respond to incidents and emergencies, and provide helpful support to everyone who walks through the door. You’ll be responsible for offering exceptional customer service to tenants, de-escalating tense situations, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

Familiarity with security procedures and emergency protocols
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Must be able to stand, walk, or patrol the property for extended periods
Must be able to handle physical tasks related to security duties (e.g., crowd control)
Comfortable using basic technology, such as security systems, radio communication, and computers for report writing

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in security or safety roles is preferred
Previous experience in security, concierge, or customer service roles preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
