Role Summary: Communication Agents work in a fast-paced environment evaluating and dispatching appropriate units to calls for service for the Ice District, including Rogers Place and OEG Sports & Entertainment, while maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Security Control Room. Agents will monitor and control various equipment and technology to support in the deterrent of undesired activity and to help to maintain a safe and welcoming environment within the Ice District and venues.
