About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Communications Agent to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our organization's communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing internal and external communications to ensure a consistent and engaging message is delivered across all channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications or public relations role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication plans and strategies to support organizational goals.
- Create, edit, and distribute engaging content for internal communications, press releases, social media, and newsletters.
- Manage relationships with media contacts and coordinate press inquiries and interviews.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular communication reports and analytics.
- Coordinate and support events, campaigns, and initiatives to promote the organization and its services.
