We are seeking an experienced Security Command Center Supervisor to lead our 24/7 monitoring and dispatch team. This position ensures that alarms, cameras, and calls are handled quickly, accurately, and professionally, and that all dispatch procedures are followed. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Requirements

  • Strong dispatch experience (security, public safety, or similar)
  • Proven supervisory experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a Security Operations Center, command center, or control room
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Comfortable using security systems and dispatch/monitoring software

Responsibilities

  • Supervise SOC operators and dispatchers on shift
  • Manage scheduling, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Support a professional, team-focused work environment
  • Oversee alarm, CCTV, and access control monitoring
  • Ensure fast and accurate dispatch of security officers and emergency services
  • Verify that all events are logged and handled according to procedures
  • Direct operators during incidents and emergencies
  • Make escalation decisions and notify the appropriate stakeholders
  • Review and approve incident and activity reports
  • Ensure post orders and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed
  • Monitor call handling, response times, and documentation quality
  • Recommend improvements to processes and tools
  • Act as the main point of contact between the SOC, field supervisors, and clients
  • Provide clear updates during and after incidents
  • Support client satisfaction through professional communication
