As a Security Badging Admin - Full Time in San Jose, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Requirements

  • Ability to meet and maintain any applicable State licensing or certification requirements
  • Must possess a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a direct customer service role

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring services requested by client employees (including WPR, IT, and HR), contractors and visitors are completed in a timely manner
  • Responsible for all badge production (HelpZone requests) employee/vendor badges, temporary/ /service badges, including remote printing at various locations.
  • Provides badge support for Cisco intern events, and acquisitions.
  • Responsible for maintaining all Client Service office equipment conducting weekly inventory
  • Processing shipments of badges and other equipment to other Cisco offices.
  • Responsible for side projects assigned by Corporate Security department
  • Understand and successfully executes his/her post orders including enforcement of client and company policies, rules and regulations
  • Incoming phone calls, click to chat, service badge activation requests, processing email requests and case creation/management
  • Running badge reports, conducting audits and organizing badge related events
  • Attend and provide topics for one to one and monthly team meetings.
  • Responsible for providing first level of customer support to general Safety and Security inquiries.
  • Customer service is provided through various levels of communication not limited to phone calls, emails and in person.
  • Responsible for badge distribution of walk in clients and remote locations.
