About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a part-time Security Attendant for the 2nd shift at the DoubleTree By Hilton Hotel Manchester Downtown. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. The Security Attendant will patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents, and assist guests as needed. Requirements

  • Previous security experience required.
  • Clean Driving Record required.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly patrols and inspects assigned areas including all public areas, meeting rooms, entrances, back of the house areas, office tower, garage and outside buildings using the Tour Pro system.
  • Checks all areas for unauthorized persons or vehicles and takes appropriate action.
  • Secures doors and eliminates any objects that are fire and/or safety hazards.
  • Writes detailed reports of all duties performed during the scheduled shift.
  • Investigates reports regarding incidents of theft, injury, property damage and/or any incident relating to an infraction of laws, company policies or breaches of security, making a detailed incident report.
  • Follows all procedures appropriate to the department and completes all forms per shift as designated.
  • Assists guests with luggage and valet parking when needed.
  • Drives the hotel shuttle in a safe and courteous manner, operating the vehicle in accordance with state laws and hotel procedures, and observing all airport rules pertaining to shuttle vehicles.
  • Assists guests with baggage while boarding and offloading the vehicle.
  • Notifies the MOD when leaving and upon return to the building.
  • Works cooperatively and professionally with management, staff, and guests, expediting guest needs immediately, professionally, and with courtesy.
  • Adapts to the needs of the hotel on a day-to-day basis based on the level of activity.
  • Assists with snow removal at entrances, exits, and walkways.
  • Assists front desk personnel when needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
