About The Position

The Security Associate at La Posada is responsible for patrolling and monitoring the property, buildings and access points, to maintain order and enforce regulations and for the safety and security of the community, residents, associates and visitors. This role involves permitting entry, identifying irregularities, being aware of and taking action to remove trespassers, without interrupting the orderly flow of property operations. The Security Associate will respond to emergencies appropriately and with expediency, assist with emergencies and disturbances, and provide excellent customer service to protect the community and residents and facilitate the maintenance of a warm, secure and friendly environment.

Requirements

High School graduate
One to two years of experience as a Security Guard
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
Valid “D” Security License (Preferred not required)
Valid Driver’s License (Preferred not required)
Willing to obtain BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR/AED)

Nice To Haves

Preferable experience with seniors
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
