Requirements

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Skilled in investigative techniques.
Ability to present a good oral representation and written product.
Experienced in CPR, first aid, firefighting and crowd control.
Two years’ experience as a Security Supervisor with an assessment performance level at or above Four Seasons expectations.
Capability to understand and operate computer based systems and technically challenging life safety equipment.
US work authorization is required unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.

Responsibilities

Manage the day to day security force of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.
Review and conduct performance evaluations for Security staff.
Implement all policies and procedures regarding security and safety.
Design and implement preventive safety and security programs.
