About The Position

Marksman Security is seeking Licensed Armed Security Officers for the 3rd shift in Olathe. This role is at a Food Distribution Warehouse and involves patrols, checkpoints, temperature checks, CCTV monitoring, and gatehouse duties. Requirements

Must have a 9mm firearm and a level 3 holster
Must have one year prior security background
High school degree or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

Preferred - Class A Patrol Kansas City Security License

Responsibilities

Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespassers or violators from the premises when deemed necessary
Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
Other duties to be determined by operations
