Security Architect (W2 Only)
About The Position
Our client is looking to bring in a Security Architect to join their IT Department in Michigan. They have a number of workloads that they are trying to move forward primarily: 1) m365 services maturation: They have E5 licensing to utilize the Defender, Entra, Purview, IAM, & MFA ; 2) Qualys - they utilize Qualys for a lot of the monitoring, detection, vulnerability, and will be looking to integrate that with NinjaOne to cover their endpoint environment too. and 3) They are moving towards a ZeroTrust environment and will be working with Netskope to do so. They expect this implementation to cover the next 6-8 months and this will be an immediate project to work on with the the IT Department too. In addition to projects they will get to help with day to day operational work including MFA solutions, collaborating with other IT groups to ensure security practices are being considered. They have an IT department of about 30-40 people total & within security they have a working manager, an analyst, and then would be hiring this Architect. They collaborate regularly with the Network & Server groups and then rely on 3rd party services to help with workloads as well.
Requirements
- 5+ years of overall experience working with Information Security space in an engineering capacity
- Experience with m365 suite of security tools including Defender, Entra, MFA
- Experience with implementing Zero Trust (specifically utilizing Net Skope to do so)
Responsibilities

- Implement Zero Trust environment utilizing Netskope
