About The Position
We are seeking an experienced HCM Architect with a strong background in Oracle HCM to lead enterprise-scale implementations and transformations. This role requires extensive experience with Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Compensation modules, as well as a deep understanding of the Oracle Cloud HCM data model, security framework, and configuration capabilities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Oracle HCM experience
- 3+ years in an Architect role
- Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Compensation modules
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM data model, security framework, and configuration capabilities
- Experience with Compensation and Workforce Compensation cycles
- Experience with Performance and Goal Management
- Experience with Succession Planning and Talent Review
- Experience with Career Development and Growth
- Experience with Oracle Fast Formulas
- Experience with HCM Extracts
- Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud implementations and transformations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud implementations and transformations.
- Implement and support Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Compensation modules.
- Utilize Oracle Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
- Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.
- Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively throughout project lifecycles.
