About The Position

The State of South Carolina is looking for a Security Architect - Consultant. This position is open due to a rebid, as the current incumbent has reached their 36-month tenure. The contract duration is 12 months with a possibility for extension. The candidate MUST live in the United States. This position will be responsible for developing architecture and technical discussions to lead cloud security, privacy, and compliance decisions, and to support the migration of on-prem applications and services to Azure. This position would mentor architects and engineering staff, while staying up to date on all technical developments related to Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
