About The Position

SenseOn is seeking a Security Analyst to join its global, 24/7 follow-the-sun Security Operations Centre (SOC), providing continuous support to the company and its customers. The role offers an opportunity for someone with cybersecurity experience to develop in a blue-team position. The analyst will work with the team on a seven-day shift pattern, with morning/day and day/evening shifts and no night shifts. Applicants must be based in Argentina and have the right to work there; Buenos Aires is preferred. Good written and spoken English is required, and applications and CVs must be submitted in English.

Requirements

• Be currently based in Argentina and have the right to work there.
• Have good written and verbal English skills.
• Submit the application and CV in English.
• Meet one of the following experience or education pathways: 1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity; a degree in a relevant cybersecurity field; or previous networking experience with some exposure to cybersecurity.
• Have strong analytical skills in a data-rich environment, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate.
• Be able to structure and prioritise work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and drive it to completion.
• Be a team player with a strong sense of purpose and high integrity.
• Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Be tenacious, curious, passionate, humble, and empathetic, and able to adapt to and embrace change.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and investigate security alerts on the SenseOn Platform.
• Analyse logs and traffic patterns.
• Take ownership of cases and incident management, including first-line support.
• Produce high-calibre, customer-facing security reports.
• Take initiative and conduct threat hunting in customer and company environments.
• Assist in creating threat detection analytics.
• Act as an escalation point and support customers effectively.
• Provide customers with platform training and walkthroughs.
