About The Position

Provides reporting, analytics, and portfolio management support to the BISO organization through the development of executive dashboards, performance metrics, and project reporting. Partners with Business Execution Leads, Security Business Partners and PMO teams to drive data-informed decision-making, support strategic initiatives, and improve visibility into security program performance, risks, and deliverables. Provides technical evaluation and analysis. Supports activities, process, and tools needed to improve overall security posture of the organization. Applies security concepts, reviews information, executes defined tasks, analyzes requirements, reviews logs, and creates documentation. Performs investigation and data loss prevention, data manipulation, and coordination of activities. Performs actions to address or mitigate risks and vulnerabilities. Reviews and defines controls. Advises on more complex security procedures and products for clients, security administrators and network operations. Participates in enforcement of control security risks and threats; potential of one more controls subject to manager discretion. Shares knowledge with staff. Conducts security assessments and other information security routines consistently. Investigates and recommends corrective actions for data security related to established guidelines.

Requirements

  • University / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain BISO dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.
  • Analyze security metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of dashboard data and reporting.
  • Create visualizations and insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • Automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility.
  • Support high-priority projects requiring additional coordination.
  • Partner with project managers to track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, action items, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain project documentation and status reporting.
  • Support portfolio governance and reporting activities.
  • Monitor project health and escalate potential risks.
  • Track deliverables and key commitments.
  • Support audit, regulatory, and governance reporting requirements.
  • Help ensure initiatives remain on track and align with organizational objectives.
