We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Senior Analytics and Metrics Analyst to support automation and data analytics initiatives within the Finance domain. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and building efficient data-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience working in Finance, FP&A or a related business analytics function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated process improvement mindset and a desire to challenge the status quo.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or similar platforms.
  • Intermediate coding or scripting experience (SQL, Python, PySpark, or similar) preferred.
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data and automation tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and helping define new processes.
  • Ability to adhere to the company's hybrid in-office work policy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial and operational reporting that supports business planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT processes) that consolidate and transform data from multiple sources to support Finance reporting (Financial and Workforce data), analytics, and planning activities.
  • Partner with Finance leaders and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
  • Improve and automate existing Finance processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that help drive business outcomes.
  • Support data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance efforts to ensure confidence in reporting.
  • Research and implement new approaches, tools, and best practices that enhance Finance analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Assist in translating business requirements into automated or technology-enabled solutions when appropriate.
