A key aspect of the role is responding to various emergencies, including behavioral crises, medical emergencies, and overdoses, and reporting any changes in client condition. The position requires participation in safety programming, maintaining health and safety standards, and contributing to treatment team meetings and agency quality improvement initiatives. Maintaining professional boundaries, confidentiality, and representing the organization positively are also crucial.
