A security administrator will provide personnel security support to a government customer in a dynamic and challenging environment. This is a temporary surge position with the potential to become a permanent hire. The security administrator will be assigned to a primary task team responsible for assisting with scheduling of security appointments, timely phone calls/emails to schedule appointments, utilizing internal scheduling database, updating excel sheets and share drive documents, coordinating visitor access requests, and collaborating with teammates on work projects. The security administrator may be asked to support other team duties to include but not limited to intake/distribution of clearance paperwork; data entry into customer system of record; case/task initiation; paperwork review for completion and content; clearance repository or other database checks; clearance verification tasks; liaison/reciprocity tasks; document review and redaction; and records management and other security administration tasks as assigned.
