About The Position

The High‑End Residential Account Manager oversees all security operations for luxury residential communities, ensuring exceptional service delivery, resident satisfaction, and consistent site performance. This role serves as the primary liaison between property leadership and the security team, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring contract compliance, and driving operational excellence. The Account Manager is responsible for staffing, training, quality assurance, incident oversight, and proactive problem-solving to support a safe, welcoming, and service‑focused environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of security leadership experience; luxury residential or hospitality experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to lead teams in a high‑expectation, service‑driven environment.
  • Proficiency in incident documentation, scheduling, and basic reporting tools.
  • Must hold or be eligible for a Florida Class D license; Class G preferred for armed communities.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and conduct site inspections as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes policy and direction (programs and services).
  • Manages staff in a manner consistent with organizational polices, just culture and values.
  • Develops and maintains policies, procedures and processes that meet compliance standards, as well as, federal and state regulatory agencies.
  • Develops and implements security general orders, executing strategically and tactically, including financial performance at budget.
  • Establishes a culture of quality and high reliability resulting in service excellence.
  • Ensures services are coordinated with client representatives.
  • Establishes a communication system that promotes trust and transparency.
  • Ensures a proactive strategy that results in processes/polies that predicts, anticipates and thus prevents accidents and mistakes from happening.
  • Develop a climate that uses evidence-based data to drive safety.
  • Ensures and responsible for program development, labor management and overall operational excellence to include personally fulfillment of assignments when necessary.
  • Fosters a climate of community stabilization of through public and private partnerships and on- going relationships.
