In this role, you’ll receive comprehensive on-the-job training to help you earn the necessary licenses and certifications to become a key part of our Securities Account Services (SAS) team, supporting our nationwide network of registered representatives. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to pass FINRA Series SIE, and 6 within 180 days of hire.
  • Superior customer relation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well with the pressure of deadlines and be a productive member of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line home office call support for field representatives.
  • Assist with navigation of sales software platforms, completion of application requirements, investment research, and resolution of product-related questions and concerns.
  • Continuously develop expertise in all relevant systems and tools, including Docupace, NetX360, RightBridge, and other platforms essential to business operations.
  • Provide phone, email, and remote screen share assistance to registered representatives to ensure readiness for business submission to home office principals.
  • Foster strong working relationships with home office principals and field representatives to enhance overall satisfaction and streamline communication.
  • Collect and relay feedback from field representatives regarding challenges, successes, and suggestions for process improvements.
  • Actively participate in team efforts to reduce Not-In-Good-Order (NIGO) rates, shorten application cycle times, and minimize reliance on paper-based processes.
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to workflows and procedures that improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Occasionally provide information to other broker dealer personnel on customer service issues requiring a solid understanding of securities products offered, phone calls, emails and transactions.
