Requirements

6+ months of Securities Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Demonstrated experience with issuer SEC programs and equity-linked offering documentation
Knowledge and understanding of SEC-registered offerings
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Ability to execute existing and evolving RAU controls
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to translate complex business and operational concepts into clear, actionable insights

Nice To Haves

A BS/BA degree or higher

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end execution of retail structured note offerings for U.S. clients
Coordinate and present underwriting requests to internal committees for structured note approvals
Identify and implement automation and process improvement opportunities related to RAU checklists and procedures
Source and recommend additional issuers for WFS structured and non-structured fast-track programs
Partner with Sales to develop offering ideas aligned with client objectives and program capabilities
Develop and report ongoing underwriting metrics, including benchmarking against peer institutions
Design, build, and maintain document automation templates supporting Wells Fargo retail distribution
