About The Position

Cozen O'Connor LLP is seeking an experienced full-time Securities Law Clerk to join our Corporate and Securities Practice Group in our Toronto office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing capital markets practice and support lawyers and clients on a broad range of public company, securities and corporate transactional matters. The successful candidate will have meaningful experience supporting Canadian public issuers, securities financings, continuous disclosure obligations and regulatory filings. This role involves significant interaction with SEDAR+, SEDI, stock exchanges and regulatory authorities, while also supporting related corporate governance and transactional matters. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and collaboratively with lawyers, clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Meaningful experience supporting Canadian public issuers, securities financings, continuous disclosure obligations and regulatory filings.
• Significant interaction with SEDAR+, SEDI, stock exchanges and regulatory authorities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented professional.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
