About The Position

Join our fast-growing Post Trade Services business, working with leading global financial institutions. As an Associate or AVP, you’ll be part of our Post Trade Services team, acting as the primary client contact and delivering high-quality consulting services. We’re looking for professionals with strong financial services knowledge and proven experience in secured lending operational support, specifically in loan servicing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in fixed income operations, preferably with a focus on secured lending or repo servicing
• Strong understanding of fixed income instruments, collateral management, and trade lifecycle
• Deep understanding of financial products and lifecycle events
• Hands-on experience with LoanIQ
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with data analysis tools
• Valid work authorization for the US is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end servicing of secured lending transactions, including trade reconciliation, margining, and lifecycle events.
• Monitor and reconcile collateral movements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with counterparties, custodians, and internal teams (Trading, Risk, Closing, Compliance) to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely settlement.
• Support daily margin calls and collateral optimization efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of positions, exposures, and collateral balances.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, control frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Participate in system testing, project work, and regulatory reporting as needed.
