About The Position
The Secure Packer is responsible for accurately and securely packing firearm parts for shipment in accordance with company procedures and compliance requirements. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organization, and reliability to ensure all parts are handled safely and correctly.
Requirements
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable, organized, and security-minded
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs as needed

- Prior packing, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Pack firearm parts accurately and securely according to established guidelines
- Verify parts, quantities, and documentation before shipment
- Ensure all packaging meets safety, security, and compliance standards
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area
- Report discrepancies, damages, or concerns to a supervisor promptly
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements
