The essential job responsibilities of the Section Supervisor position are to train, direct and supervise employees engaged in the processing of customer calls, e-mails, and webmail; enter data into the Customer Information Systems; handle special customer problems; and perform other departmental functions.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related area and 4-6 years' experience in credit/collections, customer service and/or customer accounting, or 8-10 years' experience as stated above without degree
  • Complete Supervisor Assessment Center within 3 months of entering job
  • Successfully completed Customer Service Simulation Test
  • Successfully complete NIMS Training within 1 year of entering job
  • In-depth knowledge of Division policies/procedures pertaining to credit and billing
  • Possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
